Built in the style of a traditional Moroccan Riyad, Riyad Dalia has a typical central courtyard which includes a stunning zellij, plaster, tadelakt and painted wood works inspired from the Palais Jamai. It has two main living rooms leading from each side of the central courtyard, one western living room with a fireplace, and one traditional Moroccan living room, both with warm terracotta Tadelakt. The central courtyard leads the way to the garden with its infinity pool overlooking the Bouznika Golf Course and the Ocean. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and the terrace, equipped with a bar and BBQ, has a breathtaking view on the beach and the golf.
Riyad Dalia has four air-conditioned en suites double bedrooms, all equipped with a bathroom, private terrace, and air conditioning. The villa also has tow garden pavilions. The master bedroom has a separate dressing room and opens onto a large terrace that offers beautiful views on the Atlantic Ocean. Each room within the Riyad has been decorated in white with muted highlights of colour and most of them have private terraces, either overlooking the Ocean and the golf course, or the vineyard and the countryside. The villa has two additional garden pavilions, each with en suite bedrooms and air conditioned as well.
